2) Choose Your Floor Plan

Now that we have narrowed the floor plans down, your Building Consultant can help you choose the one plan that is just right for you and begin the customization process.

3) Customize Your Floor Plan

Now it’s time to make your home your own. Need more closet space? Want a bedroom to be a little larger? Want to add a garage? Now is the time. Your Building Consultant can make adjustments to the plan and send it to estimating to determine the additional costs of making the changes before we proceed.

4) Don’t Forget The Personal Touches

Hardwood floors, custom countertops, stacked stone fireplaces, all of those special touches that make your home uniquely yours can be added at this point. 5) So What’s It All Going To Cost?

When all of the final touches have been added and the site improvements have been estimated, your Building Consultant will give you the final cost to build your new home.

6) Sign The Building Agreement

So you love the price. You sign the contract and the building process begins.

A FREE evaluation of your land to position your home, determine site preparation costs and then, just prior to building your home, a meeting to cross the T’s and dot the I’s before we begin construction.
